Pitches are available from 12 noon on day of arrival
and should be vacated by 11.00a.m. on day of departure.

Advance bookings are advisable to avoid disappointment.
 
Facilities - Shall be used only by the persons names
on the Booking Application Form.

Amendments to a booking after a confirmation has
been issued will be subject to a £10 administrative charge.

The management shall not be liable for damage
or loss of personal property however caused or sustained.
We reserve the right to eject without any compensation
any persons, who, in our opinion, are causing a disturbance.
 
It may be necessary to alter or withdraw certain or all
amenities or facilities, activities or events that have
been advertised depending on the number of bookings.
The right to do so is reserved accordingly without notice.

We regret we cannot guarantee a specific pitch,
but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All holidays must be paid for 4 weeks prior to
commencement of your holiday or the pitch will be re-let,
as a reminder will not be sent out.

Cheques for the payment of your holiday will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE OUT
YOUR OWN HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE

SHOULD YOU WISH TO CANCEL AFTER THE
BALANCE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED,
CANCELLATION CANNOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS
THE PITCH CAN BE RE-LET TO THE SAME VALUE OR LESS,
WHEN A REFUND OF THE REBOOKED VALUE,
LESS DEPOSIT WILL BE GIVEN.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CUTTING SHORT
YOUR HOLIDAY DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER etc.
